Can you find the problem, not just patch it?
That is the point of the walk-through. A soft floor or a leak stain is a symptom; the cause is usually somewhere else. We look for it before we quote, because a repair that misses the cause is money spent twice.
Do you handle rental property maintenance?
Yes. We do maintenance and repair work for rentals as well as owner-occupied homes, with the same standard on both. Clear communication about access and scheduling comes with it.
